Finishing The Job

Decks

Decking around the pool looks great while allowing you to have an easy access to the pool plus giving you the area for the family to really enjoy the back yard oasis.

The best time to start planning your deck would be during the pool installation (preferable right at the start). The pool builder will be able to advise you on requirements for the pool so that the deck and pool can join together seamlessly. This means that the pool can then be installed at the right height for your deck to meet up with the pool alleviating any non required steps. It is always best to discuss with your pool builder any ideas you may be thinking about in the future right at the start.

Gardens

Remember that even if you have an automatic cleaner if there is a lot of mess in your pool you will have to manually clean it so it is important to plan what plants you place near the pool.

Any plant that drops a lot of leaves or has heaps of pollen while looking great will make the clean up that much harder. Any plants that produce large quantities of sap can stain the paving or decked areas around your pool and any plant that has extremely large root systems can cause problems in the future. It is always best to talk to a professional at a nursery before buying the beautiful plants that will make your pool area a paradise.

Fencing

With the current laws all pools over a certain depth have to be fully enclosed with a fence that meets council requirements. Our pool builders are aware of these requirements and are able to install the fencing for you, just ask them for a quote.
