We’ll work with your plans and measurements, visit your site and offer our expert recommendations on what can and can’t be done – and all quotes are of course 100% obligation-free!
Everything done in-house thanks to our experience in concreting, we not only install your pool but also do all the borders and fencing. We do everything ourselves, except in rare circumstances (e.g. glass fencing) where we think we can offer a better price if we get an expert in.
We’re known for the detailed advice offered along the way to ensure that you make the right decisions along the way.
Once you’ve clearly chosen what you want, we’ll provide a detailed written quote. This is all you’ll pay – no hidden extras or surcharges.
Because we do everything from start to finish, you’re able to choose exactly what you want, from custom water features to bespoke tiling around the pool. For more information on our inclusions and options, please see our Features & Options page.
Once your pool is delivered, we’ll have it installed promptly. Additional fencing can take longer based on our suppliers’ lead times. During installation, we’ll usually provide safety fencing and take every precaution to make sure you and your family are kept safe during the build.
We fully honour our manufacturer’s 25-year warranty on the pool itself, and offer a 6-year workmanship guarantee on the installation, concreting and everything else. Please see our Quality Assurance page for more information.
